In this post I will cover a few job ideas that you could get started with. In future posts I will write about more jobs that you may be interested in.
1 - Working for parents - Do your parents own a business or have jobs you could do for them around the house? If so, ask if you could do some work for them. You could offer to do administrative tasks or do household chores so they don't have to worry about doing them.
2 - Getting a job in a department store or large retail outlet - If you do this then the pay is usually quite good for a part time job. Also, if you work for such a store you may be able to get an employee discount (sometimes around 30%) of purchases there. I even know of some companies that entitle you to a certain amount of free "stuff" each month!
3 - Swimming pool lifeguard - If you are a good swimmer (and are willing to possibly ressucitate people) then a job as a lifeguard could be quite good for you. This job really relies on swimming skills but if you get it you get paid, you may also get free access to the pool facilities and you may meet some cool people along the way!
